The work-life balance is good. HR policy is good. HRs are friendly.

Dislikes

There are a lot of things which I didn't like. 1. There is no learning. 2. There is no pre-defined way of doing work, i.e. they will tell you to do hard code everything, not a single time think about what this code will do in the future. 3. There is nepotism in the tech team. 4. The salary difference is very between two people having the same role but from different tier colleges. 5.
