Best thing which I like about SpringML as an Organization is a lot of open opportunities to explore and learn and everyone in the organization is willing to help you in your learning and Deliverables. It is not an organization it is a team .

Dislikes everything. There is no job security. The company promotes favouritism culture. They can just say 'BYE-BYE' to you anytime. Without any feedback. They don't care that you left a company to join them. The company is terrible. Join this only in case you don't have any option.
