Covid made me laid off from springfit Although the conpany is good but they had no option left in covid so they asked me to resign from my position which i recently appointed a couple of days back when Lockdown arises. Good at there part as well when there is no business in whole country why do they spent money on us. So they gave me a excuse and asked to leave the position from springfit.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team markets reliable, high quality products and has a globalvlient base. The company always trying to adopt latest technology which will help to customers satisfaction.

Dislikes

no compensation or extra incentives. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestions of the times. Growth is very slow.

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. It will be a great learning experience that i get to work closely with the clients.
