Springbord is an amazing place to work! The team is super friendly and always ready to help out. There's no hierarchy, so it's easy to connect with anyone, including management. The work culture is awesome, with no pressure and no office politics. It's just a great place to learn, grow and collaborate. I highly recommend it!

I really like working at springbord, but the pay could be better. Everything else about the job is great!

There's multiple things disliking the company. 1. They hire in bulk when there's a demand of business and then in 3 months the process gets Ramp down and they fire people and this time they fired around 300 people. 2. They certainly do not follow their policy the managers and HR'S do of their own not being professional at all. 3. The manager are being very unprofessional here So as the HR.

I just hate this company, worst environment and management, There is no structure thing, No support, They expect 24*7 work including weekend and will not appreciate, They took negative points and give warning instead one on one, Management do not listen new joiners and listen to their people, People talk in your absence verbally to the management Do not work in this organization especially in ravi rajan and jaya kumari team They will make you sick...Read More

Job security is very poor they done mass hiring for a project and when that project failed they did not have any other job to offer and we were asked to give our resign

This company work on project basis , so job security is not there. Once project is withdrawn ,ur employment too will be withdrawn.
