They want you to work on multiple projects at a time and don't even ask for estimations.If anyone gives their opinion or ask for appraisal (main reason) or do not accept disrespect, they start targeting them. The salary is late. If you give resignation they will think of u as enemy. The HR (A.C), Manager (K.G), and leads (K.R) and even the higher management are involved in targeting u (If u r in their team pls run ASAP). Once u r done with the KT during notice period. they will give u early release saying directly that u r done with giving KT. So we have decided to release u early. NO FLEXIBLE TIME as they will tell u while joining and No estimation are asked to testers. No work life balance.
