Everything. There is no job security as management can fire you anytime if it doesn't like you. You have to work 10.5 hours on 6 week days ( sometimes on Sundays too) with very low pay and even after office timings often without any overtime. It's impossible to manage work life balance in this company. Boss always pours all his anger on you in difficult conditions instead of encouragement. Salary nevery been paid on time. HR will always be unable to provide satisfactory solutions for your problems. No statutory benefits will be provided. Sometimes you have to pay from your pocket for company expenses. And after harassing you with all the various ways in your working period, they are able to tourcher you by not paying you what u earned & deserve. Overall the worst experience I had....Read More

Job is little secured because there is no management or hireachy

Dislikes

There is nothing for employee growth, despite into pvt ltd it is the one man show and employee issues are never addressed. Employees are keen to resign as there is no financial growth even if you work 2-3-4 or no matter how long years.
