Beware of this company, a nightmare for employee

I regret to say that my experience at spocket has been nothing but a nightmare, A wanted to name some of them: The HR department Lourdes Regina Almonia & Ananya Sharma, The foolish but oversmart CEO Saba mohebpour they try to micromanage. From the moment I joined, it became painfully evident that this company operate under a veil ofdeceit, exploiting its employee without remorse. To anyone considering a career at spocket heed my warning: a steer clear. This is not a place for professional growth. This company is has no growth policy, no appraisal at all, no work-life balance, Fake promises at the time of joining. Not only me but every single employee who left this organization has felt the same issues. The interview process took hell lot of time. Even a simple job profile took more than a month. At last the CEO will reject you with no reason you gave 6-7 rounds of nonsense interview question that ask about your all last organization. The previous colleagues you work with, they ask how your previous colleague felt about you when you were working with them. I mean no sense of these questions.
