i have spent about 11yrs in SPML. You can learn and will get exposed to different field, which will help u in future. Seniors including management are very helpful. But getting approval of some thing is very lengthy process. U have to take approval from 5 to 6 person to gets things approved. Which unnecessary waste time and energy in following up, to get approval and start the work on time. Over and above salary issue is the main concern. There is no surety of getting monthly salary i.e. if u get salary for this month, then next salary may come after 2 to 3 months after and they may pay 2 months salary together. There is no fixed time of getting salary, which causes our EMI to get bounced. Appart from salary issue, this company is good and i loved working in this company....Read More
