This company is unethical and corrupt to its core. Have absolutely no regards for employee well being. Safety, health and environmental aspects are just thrown to waste bin in this company. Plagued by frequent IT raids. No job security. The HR and Accounts team behave like goons.

1. The HR Head is extremely biased with hiring only those whom he recommends and who are ready to buttering. 2. No Job Security. Either you have to follow the words and acts of the TL blindly or you will be forced to resign the company without any valid reasons. 3. Increments only to those who are close to the VCs and HR Head.
