If I talk about the dislikes of the splash company .. they are very slow in the employee growth level. Work pressure is huge high. Sometimes is pain when mangers does not see that what employee actually the good in work.

The Managers are not humans. In the name of professionalism, they want employees to work and animals. I literally felt mentally and physically disturbed at some point of time. So I decided to leave the company for good.
