Then where is the career growth in this? You will just sell their nirma powder as a labour.

The company has no fixed timing in the evening. The shift is extended by an hour or two. So basically you will be working for more than 10 hours and that too without any overtime. You will not get any offer letter. Instead, you have to give in writing that you will continue working here. Last but not the least, it is like a gurukul where you are going to speak and write everything in Hindi.
