Work life balance is the only thing that's good. But that too sometimes, not always.

Terrible Management. Micromanaging employees. The Principal is dictator and has zero listening skills. She has no clue what so ever about the school. She takes random dictatorial decisions with zero outcomes. Manipulative colleagues. You can survive only if you are good at manipulation, office politics, and gossiping.
