Once upon a time, this was a good company, Management was employee-friendly.

Day by going worse. Bad management No work-life balance No Job Security No Appraisal Bad Incentive structure No Leave No Such good things, everyone is working just because of a lack of other options. If they get any better option they will move out from this company.

Well it's very difficult to tell in one word that how I felt working with truebill, its a great place to work, great environment with great people, cooperating, etc. Spinny is going in a great way and soon will lead the automobile industry in which it is working now. It is not just selling cars but building trust on its name which is called brand value.

Dislikes

There is nothing of disliking but everywhere if pros then cons are also there. Everyone should learn how to deal with such situation.
