As working in spinny previously company structure was good enough to working with them, but after upper management change tl manager change everything is going extremely toxic environment. Either if you are performing or not performing is not matter to them , tl rishav who is one of the atrocious tl I have not seen entire my workingcareer, he behaves like an hooligans ,after he hand over the Kolkata team, he fabricated an very toxic environment like byjus culture , he thinks we are robot or animal, at the time of working continuously 10-11 hours ,if any person having 2-3 min inactive in system, he questioned , as we only take 20-30 min break max which includes lunch break ,as a tl he doesn't know how to handle city , what is the issue off city performance, how to improve them, beside to improve he only wants number at any cost. If you think you have leave balance,you can't get leave ,if you got an accident you provide every document, still he is okay with it he also told that doctor documents is not right, after one employee send him his facial images of accident as he said you need to work casue it's work from home, if you have an marriage &you need the leave you can only get 3 days leave, it's to pathetic environment that anyone can't handle it, as I am an good performer still I left this company due to him and manager who is like to him....Read More

As Manager Rohit choudhary, he is 2ndmost nonsense manager in the company, he is supporting stupid tl rishav also help him to undercover him at any cost..I don't know why spinny hold this stupid nonsense employee,as this type of employees not going to helps is company growth, they are slowly spreading toxic virus to the company and it will break every good employee, I urge specially Kolkata if any one is willing to to join the Kolkata team think before then join as if you join you will fall into an hole . Nothing to like about spinny when you are mentally harassed even after when you are not in the organisation.

Management is doing partiality regarding appraisals, and other benefits. Managers are providing huge amount of appraisals and benefits to their favourites. I have worked for around 4 years and still my manager was harrasing me regarding lots of things. They even send their favourite employees out of the city for the audit who came just 1-2 years back because they are buttering manager rather than doing work....Read More

1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.
