Spime is division that provides service for all the other divisions inside Trimble. So Service Company inside a Product Company. So you get to work with a lot of divisions. You could also grow horizontally, means you can learn new technologies. Decent raise.

Dislikes

Since Spime is a Trimble company, it has all the benefits of Trimble which is great. You get good compensation, good leave benefits, good work life balance, work from home...etc. But as a division, it lacks many things. First of all, there are so many married couples and relatives working there. They only get perks and promotions. Others are just for doing donkey work. One of the good things is you can learn other technologies but only if the management allows you to do so. There are some R&D projects and R&D technologies in which you'll never get a chance to work on. This is a team in which only presentation matters, skills doesn't.
