Not giving NOC after resign no permotions no salary package changing same like we joined company

It's a good company but salary package it's too different then others project no salary increase since joining date till now also no permotion no transfer to other platforms like offshore I m interested to work on offshore platform it's my choice

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

There is no politics and management always address our issues . salary is good there is no bond.
