I love my job and there is no doubt about it and I completely understand that this is the time we need to understand the current situation and stand in solidarity with the company and its decisions taken for its growth. I am on leave without pay from the month of june till November which is pulling my morals down by each passing day. No work no pay is putting a lot of pressure on my mental health. I suggest that this LWP period should be rotational,it should not be like people who are flying are only kept on duty throughtout and people on LWP getting their LWPs extended. I find this unfaire and unjust. Everyone should get the opportunity to fly. Initial 3 months are fine but extention is not good. After every 3 months crew should be called back and the next lot should be sent on LWP untill Covid 19 persists....Read More

I do not dislike anything as I am part of this company for approx 5 years now and this very much speak about my love for my job. Spicejet has given me alot till now and I have full faith on the administration that they will not dissapoint any of their emplyoees ever. Just Few suggestions that I have mentioned in the above column and which I want to grab the attention of spicejet.
