Nothing. The worst airline in India at least. I wanted to give 0 marks if it were available in option.

As an employee (unfortunately) of spicejet, I feel it is the worst airline in aspect of an employee. Previously I worked another famous airline. So please take my review as an unbiased an clear-cut comparison based review. Being in very inside of the company work culture, I unambiguously say that this airline is dangerous for both employee and passengers also. Because they don't maintain the aircraft as per rules and manuals. I don't see it as a fault of engineers and team. Rather it is the fault of higher management , specially Arun kashyap, who don't keep their engineering store up-to-date with required parts, components, equipments. Even sometimes they don't give minimum required time span between two flights to accomplish a maintainance task to be completed... everybody must be knowing that a technician were killed during the work in Kolkata base some years ago. Yes I told it a killing as it was direct impact of mismanagement of company, unethical and unfair employee policy. Proper remuneration and compensation is a question of Laughing, even company treat their employees with no minimum respect. Even I don't know any employee in that company who don't abuse that company and Arun kashyap behind the managers.One thing I want to clearly say over hear that everybody should know before traveling by spicejet aircraft that they are just going to put their life at mid-sky-risk undoubtedly.
