Working at Spice Money is awesome. Every day we have opportunities to grow and learn and its work culture helps in achieving it. Management and company policies are also very good. The greatest advantage that I believe is the flow of knowledge due to its small team size and I think it is what every fresher wants (to grow maximum in its first two years).

The only thing I dislike here is working long hours due to which work-life balance is greatly impacted.
