No MNC culture. Though it's India Pvt Ltd Company dnt even have any HR or sales policy. Complete dictatorship by General manager who himself is failure as manager. No leadership ethics or quality. Cheat employee in salary, increment and incentives. They fool dealers, customers and employees. Being jobless is better than working with this company....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
