• A significant issue of favouritism within the work culture; not at all inclusive or merit-based. • The senior management has a tendency to prioritise personal relationships over professional achievements. This leads to a toxic work culture where promotions and growth opportunities are heavily influenced by personal connections rath er than individual merit or performance. • P<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">oor work-life balance, extended working hours very frequently, leading to high burnout. • T</mark>he requirement to work on weekends every now and then disrupts personal plans and commitments. • Inadequate leave policy; zero fixed holidays (except for the 4 national holidays, and still there’s a possibility of having to work on any of those days). • Below-average industry standard pay • The small team size leads to an overwhelming workload. The team is full of young and energetic people. The atmosphere is very good. Most of the workers are very supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

The technology and methods used has been outdated ten years ago. The work-life balance is very poor and there is a very few learning opportunities. The leadership is full of a sweet tongue but from actuality. They deliberately do this to create delusions for keeping the resources in the company.
