Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

They will treat you great for initially and with in month or two will show you who they are in actual which totally unprofessional.

Dislikes

They will keep your salary for three months They will deduct the visa flight and return flight money. The owner and his son will use abusive and beat you also keep calling you to threat for your life they will keep your passport in the custody. They are bunch of fraudsters. I will not recommend anyone to go through what I went though.
