Dislikes

Management only think about profit not for employees and their rights. Too much lack of facility, work culture,no leaves benefits. Honest advice- if u don't have any career path or no options then u should join but if you settle in your career and want good culture, salary hike and all benefits then don't go. They just give u new responsibilities and opportunities but not position and salary hike
