The work life balance is fine in this company and work culture is ok. I find nothing positive in management and policies.

Dislikes

The management is insensitive towards employees and recently many employees have been fired from the job. The policies are not supportive for employees, but my head of the department is good and supportive. Nobody cares about health and hygiene of employees as washroom stinks like hell the is no cleaning of washroom. There are rats everywhere in the working area I see there tools.
