Can't really trust anything this company promises, I was offered 4.8lpa fixed + incentives in interview, but in offer letter they made it 3.6lpa fixed and 1lpa is variable pay when I asked they said it's just mentioned as variable pay to avoid taxes, then one week later after signing the offer letter they changed my offer letter to 3.6lpa fixed and forced me to sign, worst experience here, no petrol expenses provided, whatever been communicated to HR to upper management it's completely ignored, belive me it's worst experience for freshers, with me 5 other freshers also joined and everyone left in 2 months....Read More
