Nowadays company has become very toxic and has a very toxic environment due to toxic managers An unprofessional and indisciplined managers are working there. Quick hiring quick firing work culture

I only liked few of the friends i made there. Fun activities and the bond I created among others.

Dislikes

The management is poor and they don't let you go smoothly. They will either put forward unacceptable terms which you will not accept or will let you go instantly. High alert - the notice period is just one way - if they have work load they will force you for 2 months notice, otherwise if they are angry and moreover their ego, they will let you go the very next day. They will not pay the incentives and in some cases even your salary. Managers there are not qualified, no skills, just because of tenure the are at that levels. The say it is monday to friday but the will force you to extend daily and come over weekends. Managers have poor communication skills.
