If you really want to work in this organisation better leave your brain at home as the people working here doesn't have "intelligence". My time at Specscart went by analysing how people of 21st century could behave like some 12th century archaic culture followers. Super shady! The management has lost all the sense of how to run anorganisation and started a political party there coz that's the only thing they could actually do in that zero future place that is "play 🌟politics". Let me be brutally honest, the company stands no future if they keep ignoring their employees' needs and keep listening to the people in the management who are actually harming the organisation with their blind ego and hunger for power. The organisation has been brutally harassing, bullying and torturing its employees since day one and some very senior members who forces themselves to be a part of the company with zero knowledge of the work system, doesn't stand behind in passing sexist and clasist slurs. It feel awful to see the HR being so ego driven that they are ready to hurt people at any cost. The company doesn't even feel authentic, people from UK are unaware of the harassment at the workplace. The hope has left this place trust, because your team will be run by HR who has zero knowledge of nit just your field but also their own and still be poking her nose everywhere and says utterly nonsensical things that will make you feel pity for her, I'm sorry but it's true, trying way to hard to be relevant but sadly everybody knows how illogical they sound. The very first member of the organisation tries hard to know everything and plays behind the curtains, sorry to say you are so not authentic, please learn to have your own opinion and don't be blinded by these politics.
