Company audit relayed documentation proceduer is very good. Every thing in proper file.

Dislikes

Still there top management working only on paper, they dont want how to use MS Excel, word, E-mail. Department head / section head not capable to take any decision. Also they doing same thing like as shift-incharge. HR department keep doing politics with employee. Also HR behaviour very bad which is not acceptable.

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the training is not given to new joinees

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
