Being a fresher/trainee and someone who is willing to get great knowledge in the starting of his carrer can get this place as one of very good places. But once you are trained/skilled, you might feel to be underpaid.

Dislikes

Less salary, bad work management and not much exploration once you are trained to something. You have to follow the one way only.

Excellent working environment and culture. Colleagues are highly supportive, and the management is transparent. There is a massive cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are fair, appraisals are appropriate, and they offer good salaries hikes and bonuses every year.

I have been working in Sparx IT Solutions as a Digital Marketing Executive. I struggled a bit initially though my manager and teammates helped me a lot. I got to work on diverse projects. I gradually learned everything on the job.

I was laid off in first 6 months (along with 20+ others) because of 'company budget' issues. I expected professionalism from the top management but all I recieved was confusion, doubts and operational issues amongst them. Full of politics, shoe licker managers, no job security. No HR policies and they will not listen to you.

Dislikes

More work load Official office timing is 9 to 6 but without TL permission you can not leave office. When you are 5 minutes late then he said ahi timing hai behave are totally worst . Company are good but due to some worst employee this type of behave company culture worst. No job security.
