Narcissistic people in finance team has made this company a toxic workplace. CFO was recently fired but the main problem is a person named Hemal who considers himself above even CEO. He never makes any payment on time be it employee or vendor. Always deducts money or rejects payment with baseless reasons. In 2024, he follows 1990s methods. He didn’t pay so many of my vendors for one year for which I was scolded in the end. He messed up our last FY tax. Recently half of employees were fired & we are yet to get our last salary & FnF. So many employees have complained against him but management doesn’t listen since he saves money for them using predatory tactics. I hope one day management fires him after the complete downfall of the company which is now inevitable....Read More

Pathetic management & finance team. Always looking to deduct money from the payroll & bonuses & never paying money on time. Hemal from finance is a major reason of lot of problems since he unnecessarily complicated simple payments. 50% of the employees were fired including me after 1verse took over. We are yet to get our FnF payments. Having followed up for more than a month now. I am afraid if the company is going to shut down, how will I get my stuck payments. Nothing much to like about at Spartan. They are on a downfall and they also know it very well.

Salary deductions without any reason. 9+ hours work plus work after office till late. No recognition or appreciation. Zero job security. Will layoff anytime when they feel they cannot pay salaries to employees.
