Nothing great to say. Its barely average company to join. HR trying to bring new policies but they dont have any say. HR also keep changing.

Management is poor. High on favoritism. They will demand great things from you but no great projects to work no recognition. They will increase salary of favourite people anytime. Some people have no work and enjoy good time and some people keep slogging. No project management process followed. Tried reaching HR but they are also leaving.

I dont like anything about this company. I am really fed up with the company culture. Not a good place to learn or develop your skills.

The company cuklture and the upper management, the way they work. The work life balance is really not good over here. We are having timing for coming in the company but not going back to our homes. Only upper managemnt is getting good appraisel. Enginners like us are not getting anything.
