Spar employees will be treated like worthless in Landmark group. Can't compare with the perks and appraisals with other group employees. Employees are treated like donkeys, no timings( can check the employees timings), pressure is very high and no systematic process available.

Dislikes

Timings, yearly appraisals, culture, processes, SOP, infrastructure, employee treatment, openness, health insurance, feed back mechanisms, coordination between HO and store teams. I can say this list can go on

Ruthless work culture. Highly toxic. Unreasonable asks. Humiliation in front of everyone Toxic bosses Useless HRs - not able to control culture Worst company culture I have ever seen. No learning. Useless planning stuff. Useless top management giving pressure till bottom people in the name of result even when they are clearly aware . Suicidal for career and mental peace. Never join this company.

It’s really so good when you works with the people with wide mindset. From CSA to Top Level all are so connected.

Sometimes you just need a break from all these things cause I think due to some old hierarchy not all but some people used to judge employees by their experience and biased views.
