Work Details

Firstly I was started my work in this company as a site engineer.i have completed a project related to slope stabilization, now at present come back in HO for working on planning and billing engineer on Rohtang pass highway tunnel project..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
