The work pressure is little bit high. Sometimes i have to work 10-14 hours straight in a day. And rest of things are good

Little bit of job security as people with good knowledge and work ex leave after seeing the condition of work. They need people to stay to get the work done.

Primitive technology, no interest to adapt new technologies, terrible salary hike, management is only money & power hungry. Overworked people. They only take people who are desperate for jobs and make them work 24*7
