This is very bad experience in working spandana Sphoorty financial ltd. I would like to inform the all employee not to join this company. This company will spoil the career. Very bad management and staffs are not getting their salary on time. This is totally buttering company and if you give buttering to your senior you will be there otherwise not. There are no values of your performance. There are lot of story about this company and if I want to write it will be take so many time.
