I got to learn a lot of new things, related to work.I am glad that I was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a huge long term client base.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, most of the times, I work for 11- 12 hours straight in a day. I do receive a lot of appreciation from clients as google reviews, but they mostly go unnoticed. And appraisals take almost 24 months.

It is quite boring sometimes and very hectic sometimes.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
