Administration poor Internal politics ( Production Dept. majorly involve to playing politics & not supportive) No extra curriculum for employees. seniors not values hardwork. salary compensation & benefits very poor. No transport facility (Management wellbeing with older employees only) No appraisal & motivations No external trainings. Management didn't defined proper each one role & responsibilities even self evolution not assessed time of increment.
