If you are asst. Manager there is no junior below you, every department responsible persons alone there is no any supporting person below him. Employees are helping each other. Management is blind, every one person is overloaded, his personal life affected due to work there is no time of leaving work, some person goes to home at 8 pm.

Dislikes

No reliving time 8 pm 9 pm. Sr. Managers work as dictator,every time ask for resignation. Front of MD take responsibility and give burden to junior. If you quality you are responsible for production and incoming materially not came from suppliers, if you are in production you irresponsible for dispatch customers PO. If you are looking d&d you also responsible for BD and plant production. Workers have no over time no leave against the extra working. If finally your leave balance then it will zero in next year. Work Details

Very bad no leave for go to the home in one year. Sr. Managers want his below team work as slave. And himself take leave always. They take other departments work and transfer to junior. All past supervisor become sr manager they treat as supervisor.
