Salary is average not so good not so bad. But otherwise no perks and benifits.

Dislikes

Only pay salaries to retain the exist employee. Otherwise no perks and benifits. No SOP to work only you have to adhere to your boss, may be he was wrong but you have to follow him without questioning. No free hand jobs to do.

Company has a nice work culture and allows employees to work freely and there full support from the senior management & colleagues all the time. they update there technologies time to time to ease the work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
