Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and Management is good but not too transparent. There bit lag in work life balance. Favoritism is more which leads only select people to get good hike and promotion. Other part like salary and engagement policies are good for everyone.

Dislikes

Industry trust is nowadays favoritism and politics across most of organization. Same situation here and this leads hard worker to switch the job. They feel uncomfortable 😕.

I worked as an intern in space matrix hyderabad. The people were very helpful and the working culture is excellent. They dont have cabin culture so u can talk to anyone anytime.

I dont have any major dislike about the company. If you work you will get everything. And as i was intern i was only there for 2 and a half months .
