I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This plant for only operators, techinician not for engineers.They are simply living the life. If u are operation department, u have to follow all the jobs and finish it. So much pressure maintain all department coordination. Culture getting worse day by day and so much pollution
