Almost no good things except you get free time and become lazier.

Dislikes

1) Ancient minded management. 2) Managers are un-productive and they dont even talk or gossip productive. 3) Company full of politics (manager's company) and management cares only about securing their positions and jobs and not the company. 4) Policies are unclear and even management isn't confident about company policies and if somebody questions on them, they use to give silly justifications. 5) Due to a lot of politics, policies/decisions vary person to person and time to time and per the lobbies. 6) Engineering Services - a. Managers behave very unprofessional. b. Never talks to ground level people working under him, never notices their issues, problems and if somebody asks, gives unprofessional statements and argues with them for no reasons. c. He never listens to front person even once asked us for discussion and kept us in que for meeting whole the day and at the end of day rejected the meeting.(no values to people.) d. Working at engineering services is totally a worst experience since no design work goes on there. e. No software proficiency is required since there is no technical work here.(just need ro update the models/small changes, and update the dawings as marked up). 7) Financials: a. They provide worst in industry package for the engineers which work in global team. b. They have concept called BBB (Broad Based Bonus) which is a variable amount about 15% of CTC and it is included in the CTC. And depending on sales it varies from 50% to 150%. Which is disturbing. It affect in hand salary a lot. (Problems to loans and credits.) c. Annual increments are not good (generally 10% on basic) and in most cases it is less that 10% on basic salary. Which when converted on CTC it goes down to 7-8% Moral - Management is ancient and rigid. They are far behind market in case of manpower management resulting in 60% people from engineering department resigned in 3 weeks....Read More

It was bad experience which brought me back for years professionally and financially. Thats the major reason people leave the company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
