No learning, No promotions, Employees are not respected, Old employees have more leverage for festive leaves, 4 days salary is deducted if taken off on Diwali,Holi etc. Time to time threatening for termination, worst transport, Huge penalty and deductions on salary and incentives , multiple complaints in labour courts for this company and still lot more reasons for hatred. Lastly :- I left because for the first time I saw an employee hanged, this frustrated employee hanged himself in the basement of its building and they were still forcing people to take calls upstairs.
