1) Company shows potential and seems capable of craving a niche in the market with its products 2) Some of the colleagues are very dedicated and hardworking.

1) Highly Confidential - The company's name and products were kept highly confidential throughout the hiring process. 2)No Job Offer letter - Did not receive any offer letter / job contract even after joining the firm, Upon repeated request a poorly written informal email with grammatical error and that concluded in 2-3 lines sums up the story. 3) The Job desciption lacked clarity- there was nothing mentioned about traveling but later came to know it was part of the role. This was not even discussed at the interview. 4)Role Misalignment- I was initially told that I have been selected for the role of Operational Manager which later was corrected as OM + EA however on joining it was clear that there was no element of OM and it was mostly like an EA. Infact thats how i was introduced among others. 5)Salary Issues - No Salary, I was resigned and they accepted my resignation in 2 minutes and further was told to handover everything, As a respectful individual i showed my values and skills and finished my task of the day and bid adieu to all however my resignation was due to personal health related issues the management nor the concern person had the manners to release my salary nor did they communicate anything about blocking it, Till this date not even a single rupee was given to me and i constantly had to contact the director and their staff, it seems that they are knowingly ignoring me. It is my right to get the salary of the days i work as there was no contract no bonds, no disciplinary issues then there is no ground of looting my hard earned income, such a shame that even scammers do better than this. 6)Work Environment- Extremely toxic, no proper office timings due to work commitments (not work load), yelling, swearing and poor communication, had to work on weekends and public holidays , sometime might have to work on sundays too, it feels like you are at a good place but working in 1990s slavery style....Read More
