I do not usually leave any reviews, until and unless I am being disrespected. I am writings this review to share my experience - then it's upto you, if you would to join or not. Mind you, I am not even an employee of this institution, yet what I faced was horrendous and basically my waste of time.

I am 23F, content writer with almost a 4 years of full-time and freelancing experience. I have an understanding of the field of SEO like any other content writer would have. Now, firstly I applied for a content writer job from Job Hai, and got an interview dat via WhatsApp. I check reviews of any company on ambition box just like I did with this institution. Like me, if you're also checking the reviews for this institution, you may see some real elaborated, lengthy and mostly a well-written five star reviews, which as a writer myself can tell you that they are particularly generated by the other writers working in this institution to get a respectable presence on this platform. Upon checking those elaborated and almost fake reviews, I decided that there's no way that I am going to the interview and I didn't. But, then started the spam messages almost every week from their coordinator. Like every week they texted me to come and sit for the interview. Last week, I went there hoping that maybe what I am expecting may not be true at all. Upon arriving, I saw almost 50-60 candidates like me waiting for their turn for various roles. It was no office. It was an old home, where those 50-60 people had to wait in line in the narrow hallways. On top of that, his family members were eyeing us up and down because some candidates were sitting on the stairs due to the heat. His father was just shouting at the candidates who were sitting on the stairs because there were no seating arrangements neither any fan. Anyways, I was called for my turn. The CEO was taking interviews for every posting possible - Writer, Tutor, Tally person and what not. He started asking questions about my previous roles, and why I left them. When I started answering, he cut me off and started to tell me stuffs like - "Oh you weren't in any job for long, why this switching up?". I started answering that the first two roles were contractual role and I am planning on switching because of mere professional growth. Then he told but that's not a plausible reason. What's not a plausible reason? If I want to switch a job, I will. Then he asked me about my responsibilities in my previous company. I told him that I was the SEO editor. The technical writer wrote the basic tech stuff and I had to edit those contents for ranking. He had the audacity to then ask me - "So you were getting paid for nothing?" I instantly fell silent and I cross questioned him - "you think i was getting paid for nothing?" He told me "yea, you only said you just used to edit stuff" as if the work in those "editing and proofreading" were so easy. I felt like going out as I was no longer interested, still maintained professionalism and stayed. He started blabbering stuff like - "look we won't get you any work laptop or anything don't expect me to do that. you will get a call in a few days for screening, if you pass only then you are welcome." I came out. Couldn't take it anymore. I was not even an employee right now and your tone and your attitude is like this, god knows what will happen if I join. And, mind you this happened last week Thursday (11th July,2024). So, the shining reviews you are seeing on this page were written by the writers there and what I shared was the truth. I am sharing this because in those candidates there were many people who really needed a job, and I know for a fact that if they get selected what suffering they will be going through and I wish that type of harassment on no one. Have no idea what qualifications the CEO may had have, but certainly he didn't know how to treat an employee let alone a candidate his HR team chose and shortlisted for the positions....Read More
