No job security, salary never on time. Career growth opportunities 0. No work life balance. You can get call anytime even late at night. Forced to do work which was never mentioned in the JD. No proffesionalism.

In soulflower we have lot of opportunity to learn and grow as all the colleagues are so coordinate and supportive in term of mentorship and implementation. i love all the pets here. 14 cats &9 dogs. They all are lovely. The senior management is also very supportive and guides us when needs!
