Likes

They are not supporting the employees, in fact they forced several hundred staff to resign in one single day. Entire senior management has secured their jobs from AVP and above grade and have ran an axe on grass route level of staff.

Dislikes

Lack of transparency from bosses.

Work Details

Office punch in time is ok but no guarantee of punch out timing. Mostly you will end up doing overtime for free.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
