They have started to acknowledge that work life balance was not good. We had meetings till late in the night even though everyone is in India. The company took steps to alter this culture.

Dislikes

Work is not great. Product management function/processes are not followed. There is no validation of the assumptions in building the product. Product features decisions are taken by higher executives and PMs are asked to simply get them implemented. No questions are answered. The product algorithm is a simple mean/median based product. Nothing fancy about it although higher management tries to portray the product as a technological marvel....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
