A very good company with a remarkable work culture , work life balance is good too. Salary hikes every year.

Dislikes

Technical exposure is very poor in some projects, and then if you do not want to work on a project, they generally don't want to hear about it.

Which Company to Choose

Hi Everyone I have an experiance of 3.4 Years and received an offer from TransUnion for 16 LPA, where 2 LPA is variable pay. I also received an offer from Evalueserve for 17 LPA, which is all fixed pay. Could you help me with any suggestions on which company I should choose?
