I don't know about other departments but i have worked with Standard and Practices Department with Sony and my experience is very bad. Shayasta who was my Manager was very unprofessional and dominating nature. My HOD Madhuri used to blindly follow what Shayasta used to tell her. And HR department did not even try to listen to my side. Don't join here. Instead join Zee, a very nice place to work with....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
